RE: Softball Coach To Rutgers
I think Leigh Ross is still not coaching anywhere. Maybe UT can bring her home, could be special with whats already here as she's a great recruiter and coach.

Too bad but not unexpected that she would get poached after the turnaround she put together at UT. Hope they can find someone equally qualified.

And now that I think about it, UT still hasn't named a women's golf coach yet, have they? They've had a long time to look for one. Wonder what's going on there?

What happened to the old one? Wasn't she here only one year? One problem is that the Big !0 schools have so much money that they pay non-revenue coaches hundreds of thousands of dollars per year. Example: Ohio St pays their women's rowing coach $380K.

The golf coach of the softball coach?

Golf coach Hollin was at UT for about a decade, and up and resigned in the middle of the season for unknown reasons. From what I can tell she is still living in Toledo, so it was not to take another coaching job. She was a great coach and a class act. UT was 2nd to KSU a number of times during her tenure.

The softball coach was at UT about 4 years, and turned around a perennial bottom dweller to one that contended for the championship this year.

They will both be hard to replace.

Golf. I thought there was a coach this year after Hollingsworth.

They've had the Golf job posted on UT's job board since April 12th...I'm guessing the search is not going wonderfully.
