UAB beat out MTSU in the closest poll of the season with 13 votes to their 12. I think this is a good place to open up discussion on how you voted, if you disagree with how votes went, etc.

I started this really not sure how UAB fans would vote. 10-2 seems a little too optimistic, but it could very well happen. I'm personally thinking the 2018 blazers finish with 8-4 regular season record, but show much more offense than 2017.

Last year I said this team could win between 4-8 games depending on health and settled on 6-6. 8 wins we were playing on house money.

I have 8-4. I think this team is much improved in every phase of the game from last year and has more depth but the schedule is more difficult with our toughest games on the road. La tech and MTSU will be loaded for revenge and both will be dangerous. That's the two major swing games for us we won last year. I have us losing both. This team will win anywhere from 6-10 games depending on health. Major injuries and we will struggle to get to 8. Stay relatively healthy and the sky is the limit.

I’ll go with 8-4 and finish with a bowl win in New Orleans for a 9-4 finish. I think that’s realistic. That would be a nice progression. Of course I’ll take 10 or 11 wins.

I think we finish 7-5 but look much better this year. A lot of our games are complete toss ups to me, and i just can’t see us winning most of them.

We competed well in close games last year due to our proficiency in running the ball. Our defense gets a chance rest while our offense controls the clock. Our running game looks to be a strong suit & deeper this year, as long as our lineman can perform. I see us at 9-3 or 8-4. La Tech, TAMU, UNT as losses; & USM being a toss up.

12-0, plus conference title game, first round playoff, championship.

15-0. Mass apoplexy kills off the Trustees, and we get a new UAB-centric Board and a new president.
