I hate the way he looks. I hate that ridiculous orange spray tan he has and his weird fricking hair. I hate the fact that he's actually delusional enough that he thinks that looks good. I hate that idiotic red clown tie he wears. I hate that his resting face is a nasty, squinty-eyed scowl. I hate how someone who looks as silly as him has the unbelievable gall to mock other people's physical appearances.

I hate his ****-eating grin. It's weird how we never see him laugh yet he's still capable of producing that ugly smile. It's the kind of smile that belongs to some a-hole who purposely farted in an elevator. There's absolutely zero warmth behind it.  
I hate how he's a massive attention whore with no depth who never wanted to be president in the first place and only got elected because this country is filled with simpletons who actually took his idiotic publicity stunt seriously. I hate how, for the last three years, this country has barely been able to focus on anything else because we're so obsessed with everything this lunatic does, which is exactly the sort of thing that he always wanted.  
I hate how he's another rich entitled ******* celebrity who think's he qualified to do anything just because he was born with a silver spoon up his ass.  
I hate his limited vocabulary and childish name-calling. I hate how such obvious little respect he has for his office that he doesn't even attempt to act dignified or professional in any way.  
I hate how his toxic influence has bred individuals who are just as terrible, self-absorbed, and hate-filled as he is.  
I hate how he hasn't died from a massive heart attack by now. I hate how he's nearly 72, obese, never eats healthy food, and never exercises and yet he is still alive while many people who were younger and in better physical condition than him have died, often suddenly. It fricking sucks.  
I hate the fact that he was ever born. I hate the fact that he exists.

Republicans hate Clinton's policies and apparent "above the law" status. All of the things listed in the op are personal attacks on Trump.

Yes, it's a shot. But not obligatory. I take shots where I think they are warranted. Hell, I think Bill Clinton may have been a better republican than GWB. He reformed welfare and balanced the budget (sort of). That's more conservative accomplishments than GWB had.

Speaker of the House at that time - Newt Gingrich - was responsible for welfare reform and the balanced budget that you speak of. Clinton had lost the House and the Senate and unless he wanted to accomplish zero, he had to work with those Republican agendas. That's why he appears to be a "better Republican".
