True Trojan
I am watching the Gonzaga-Canisius baseball game, and they made reference to what they call a "True Zag," meaning someone who stayed in the program a full four years. Maybe we need to give our True Trojan awards to the ones that stick.

RE: True Trojan
Derek Fisher, not because of his success but because of his humble, hard working ways, his underdog beginnings, and selflessness will always be the quintessential Trojan to me.

RE: True Trojan
I was just thinking that it might be nice to have an award in the end-of-the-year ceremony to recognize those who had stuck it out four years. True Trojan would be as good a name as any.

RE: True Trojan
I like it. I’d add the Fisher name to it, but that’s just me. I’d add transfers who graduated here to the list as well. Mousy would be a good one. Who would be some other good ones from years past? Hagins? Neighbour?

RE: True Trojan
That would be a nice name to put on a plaque and give each on one of them. Maybe we already do something like that.
