RE: Road to Omaha 2018
Half the field revealed only seen ECU so far

1 ECU
4 UNCW

3 Ohio State
2 USCe

I don’t think UCF is going to make it with the bubble teams they have already revealed...fingers crossed

UNCW is a tough opening draw, we beat them twice but there still a handful. Also thought UNCW would be a 3 seed.

Kentucky got hosed by Northeastern. NE did not beat anyone of note. Kentucky has a bunch of quality wins despite not being .500 in the SEC. They are better than 1/2 the field. The SEC regular season is a buzz saw.

UCF is also better than NE.

Hope UCONN puts up like 25 runs in their game against Washington. I mean...a 30-23 team with a 63 RPI?!?!? There were at least five other teams that deserved to be in more than Washington.

They just won a series at Stanford. They are a good team. Joe Demers is going to be tough for UCONN

I see ECU's 3 seed is O$U. UC beat them like a drum.

Take care of business.

Yes, but is anyone really that sad about it overall? The SEC gets a gazillion teams in every year, and Kentucky fans probably don't realize they have a baseball team.

All of these are doable for the AAC.

PLEASE HOUSTON, BEAT UNC.

With South Carolina and UNCW in our regional I bet there will be HUGE CROWDS for every game. I don't know how well Ohio State would travel for this but based on past experience So Car and UNCW would travel well to Greenville.

Washington at 30-23, 63 RPI in over UCF at 35-21, 44 RPI and a higher rated conference. Not wanting to 05-deadhorse but there is definitely bias. The selection committee doesn't want to hurt the PAC-12's feelings. The AAC was definitely worthy of five.

RE: Road to Omaha 2018
Man, it gets tiresome seeing how rigged the NCAA is at times. (Although seeing Kentucky getting left out was awesome. I like the below .500 conference record leaves you out mantra; should be used in basketball too)

Half of the hosts (8 of 16) are in the Carolinas and Florida. Hard to spread the sport of college baseball when HALF the hosts are played in such a small geographical area of the country. Now I'm glad ECU is hosting and deservedly so, but just saying. UConn got screwed out of hosting. 1 northern school gets a host - Minnesota.

UCF didn't help themselves going 0-2. That hurt. Hope the AAC does well. We really need 2 super regional bids being a Top 4 conference. And it would be really nice to get 1 to Omaha. I think ECU wins theirs and I really like USF and UConn's chances as well.

Should be fun.
Watching 5 years in a row.
From the couch.
