Maryland lacrosse has the potential to do something historic
First things first : IF IF IF this happens, it would be amazing. Both Maryland men's and women's teams are in the lacrosse semi-finals. They both still need to win two more games which is not guaranteed let alone easy.

Maryland’s dominance in men’s and women’s lacrosse might be unequaled in NCAA history

"The Maryland men and women head into this weekend’s NCAA tournament semifinals within reach of the rarest of double doubles, seeking to become what is believed to be the first pair of teams from a Power Five conference to win consecutive national championships in any sport."

It does specify that this would *probably* be a first for P5 but I don't know about G5/FCS/D2/D3....

Anyway, cool IF it happens.

Well...the games certainly didn't turn out how I'd hoped. Congrats to the BC women and (UGH, it pains me to do this) also the Duke men for their wins. As for the Terps staying in the ACC I'll say this. What's done is done. There are times where I'm nostalgic and miss some of the things in the ACC. I also really like Maryland in the B1G. When those create your own conference threads appear, mine have a mix of ACC and B1G schools but those are just fantasy. So, I say congrats to BC and Duke. Wish BC luck in their next game (and that's it).

It's 100% your fault! If you hadn't said anything they would have probably won both NCs.

I do miss Maryland on the schedule. Still, I hope they kick some B1G butt!
