Godwin has three spots left with a 940 pick tomorrow. Looks like Duke Club lied in December saying no Godwin patrons will get displaced. I guess you could look at it as a nice problem to have.

I’m disappointed as our group has enjoyed the Godwin spot the last few years (and the best neighbor ever in JMU road warrior) but the more I think about it; that means a lot of people stepped their game up this year. That’s good for the school and that’s what matters.

Apparently F Lot is the group going hard. Feels like so many people bailed from other lots to head for the fresh pavement.

Probably going to be some upward pressure going forward. Depending on your opinion on the space in GLot, PLots minimum donation (or at least average donation) might shoot up dramatically.

Could not agree with you more. Yours is the right perspective.

Yeah, I took a major step down from a prime spot in Godwin or G-lot to an average spot in P-lot. Every spot I had on my draft list was gone by noon yesterday, including nice spots in P-lot. I upped my donation as well (cause I root!), and was still late yesterday pick time. This has got to be a great year for fundraising and I am glad to see it. A little bummed, but love the donations from everyone. Lot minimums will go up next year, and things will normalize and I can start to work my way up again, I knew this year would be bad with the reduction in spots.

Thanks for the mention. Our group was able to get 5 spots in a grouping along the Bluestone Drive side across from the end of P lot. Hoping you stop by or get somewhere close and I’ll visit. Keep us posted.

I don’t think I’ve ever seen G lot close to out of spots.

Lot of folks who were kicked off Hanson went there. That was 45+ people who had to move somewhere and looks like most ended up there and in F Lot.

Still have an hour to wait to pick - Yes, I am bitter as I had been on Godwin and contributed my $$$. There are 9 left in G Lot now if those are even there. Happy to contribute - just frustrated!

Very surprised at how full all of the assigned lots are. I feel like they're nowhere near capacity this early on in the past couple of years.

There were at least 40 people who parked on Godwin Field last year who won't park there this year.

Per ticket office, about 30 people moved to F Lot from other lots yesterday. LOTTA movement out there.

D Lot about to be the hot ticket.

I’m curious to see F lot. I may upgrade next year since it’ll be a re-seating year too.

0 available in G Lot
31 available in the Deck
7 available in P Lot

That is a lot of people jammed into the inner lots, especially after losing almost 100 space from last year (decrease in spaces from Godwin Field and the loss of Hanson).

This is my approach also. The only reason I left Godwin Field several years ago was the uncertainty of close proximity parking on rain days. I forget which year it was, but 2 or 3 games that year Godwin field was closed and we had to park much further away.

The new paved F Lot should ensure you get what you pay for.

So where did everybody end up? my group got a bit split up in G lot 71 73 and 67.
