RE: APR Out?
From ODU's article:

"Baseball, Men’s Basketball and Women’s Lacrosse earned the honor. To earn this recognition teams must rank in the top 10 percent of all squads in each particular sport.

In addition, a school-record eight ODU teams recorded a perfect Single-Year APR score of 1000. Baseball, Men’s Basketball, Women’s Lacrosse, Women’s Golf, Men’s and Women’s Swimming and Men’s and Women’s Tennis each achieved a perfect single year APR score.

Six Monarch programs recorded their highest four-year APR score ever. Baseball, Men’s Basketball, Football, Women’s Lacrosse, Women’s Swimming and Women’s Tennis achieved their highest APR scores ever."

Well, I guess we can say he's definitely done a good job with that. Fans don't like to admit it but probably more important than the football part.

Ranked tied for 14th this year. MT FB is the only C-USA school in the top 20 in the nation for the five year rolling average. One of only five other non-power conference programs. Rice is #23.

APR Out?
• UTSA had a Conference USA-best nine teams record a perfect 1,000 APR for the 2016-17 academic year.

• UTSA led C-USA in multiyear APR in four different sports.

• UTSA ranked in the top three among C-USA schools for multiyear rates in nine sports*.

• The average APRs for C-USA men's sports (972) and women's sports (986) are the highest in the history of the league.

• Twenty-nine C-USA teams received an NCAA Public Recognition Award for an APR in the top-10 percent nationally within their sport.

• UTSA received four Public Recognition Awards this year, the second-highest total among all C-USA schools.

• UTSA's four Public Recognition Awards are tied for the second-most among all NCAA Division I Texas schools.

• For the fourth consecutive year, no C-USA teams are subject to postseason penalties.

Wouldn't expect anything less coming out of the community college to the north.
