I voted for North Texas. UAB should have won that game last season, but I feel like North Texas has an extra year to get their defense under control.

I think this game decides the west. I think we can win if we are healthy but for picking purposes I am taking UNT. I may change my pick during the season after i watch us play. Really been impressed with UNT and the strides they are making in football and basketball.

I think UAB goes into this game thinking about what could have been last year. With that being said, I think UAB comes out Blazing only to have UNT mount a come back to take a late fourth quarter lead. UAB wins this off of Vogle’s Foot as time expires. UAB 45 UNT 42
