Brett was a great NFL QB. Now we know one of the reasons for that.
I dunno if I'd place Vicodin in the same arena as performance enhancing drugs....but is it fair to have in the the NFL Hall of Fame now, knowing that he was playing doped up?
How many of his passing yards and touchdowns did he rack up sober?

A lot of these guys are doped up. It’s a rough game that they really shouldn’t even be playing. Make weed legal and it would keep them from using the dangerous drugs

Why the big deal over old news? This has been known for many many years. He even entered voluntary treatment during his playing career.

what? pain meds slow you down, make you tired, and leave you groggy...they aren't performance enhancing and in the mid 90s those pain meds were C-IV and handed out like candy...today they're C-II and far more regulated.
