Open the season Friday at home vs St Joes.

We scored 2 in the first 13 minutes and nothing after. Solid win. Tribe controlled possession and had several opportunities to tack on another 4 goals.

A chance to make a statement, at home. Well, I think we made the statement. A loss too embarrassing to even say too much about. It will take weeks of wins to get the Tribe back up to the same level of respect that we had going into the season. Every bigger program will just look at this result and snicker.

The team let us down and, even worse, I think it let itself down too. But hey, somebody is bound to say that it is just one game -- which it is. I am still on board. Let's beat N.C. State on Monday!

Need a win Monday in the worst way. We have underperformed thus far with the defense. According to one of our neighbors who goes to all the home games who says they are slow and being beaten like a rug by faster opponents consistently.

From what I have seen, this teams needs to find a holding midfielder. Way too many terrible turnovers off of sloppy passes. Think they badly miss Spain at CDM from last year

What an awful penalty kick call gifted to NC St., who then takes one of the worst PK kicks you will see on the ground right at the goalie. Guess that was justice
