Eventually...the Dome's first priority is doing a new roof, LED lighting and huge movable scoreboard. The scoreboard will be able to move from the center of the football field to the center of the basketball court for games in the half-Dome configuration,
AC is coming in '21-'22
The FSU game in mid September was the worst...high heat and humidity.
I was there. When you have 85-90 degree weather with 80+% humidity, 35,000 warm bodies, and no breeze, it was brutal to be in there. I had to stand in front of the door on the way out for a couple of minutes to feel the breeze from all the people leaving to cool down.
Were you in the 100s? It is about 5 -7 degrees warmer up in the 300s.
I was 10 rows off the field, around the 20 yard line at the end of the dome nearest to the main quad. At $4 a water, it got expensive in a hurry.

...assuming it will be a Carrier system?
Updated...they are trying to get it installed for 2020. I'm sure it will be Carrier but maybe the school will tell them to rip up the old contract or they'll hire Trane.
Big vote in San Diego tomorrow for SDSUs ballot measure to purchase the former Chargers stadium site. It needs 50% to pass and has been polling above that but I really have my doubts.

Sdsu looks to have passed their ballot measure to acquire the 166 acre Qualcomm stadium site. Game changer for the universities academic and athletic ambitions. Stadium will be complete in time for the 2022 season. I can’t even believe it! Woooo hooo!

The bids for construction for South Alabama’s on-campus stadium came in and the BOT voted to move forward with construction. Here is a video flyover of what the stadium will look like.
