RE: WAC Slummit Challenge
UVU played at UND last year and UVU won in OT over a small height UND team that lost graduate transfer front court players, including ones to Washington St and Loyola-Chicago.

Would assume there is a game at UVU for this coming season. Almost everyone is back for UND, plus a 3* center recruit that Oklahoma and LSU wanted plus an international front court player from France.

Guess UND does not get UVU again, but CBU.

Here is a list of all the WAC-Summit games:

Surprised Josh didn't update us with this

Coach Joshua Lovern @joshualovern87

GCU will play South Dakota State in the WAC Summit Challenge next year in men’s basketball.
7:48 AM - 25 May 2018

This probably completes the Challenge. Chicago St is unfortunately not really able to be an equal partner, while CSUB will be passed over as an exiting program (no goodies for leavers), CBU doesn't count as D-I yet, and UMKC already schedules Midwest heavy including 2-3 Summit schools every year (no value).

But arguing for a 5th match is the fact that GCU will be on the road against SDSU. I have no clue. Perhaps USD from the Summit and who knows CSUB or UMKC from the WAC.

What we know:

2018-19
NDSU at NMSU
Omaha at Seattle
Denver at UVU
GCU at SDSU
(WAC?) at (Summit?)

2019-20
UVU at NDSU
NMSU at (Omaha?)
Seattle at (Denver?)
(?) at GCU
(SDSU?) at ?

NDSU, SDSU, and Omaha are participating in both the Big Sky and the WAC challenges. North Dakota is participating only in the Big Sky, with Denver taking their place for the WAC.

GCU will actually open the season at South Dakota State, per Coach Majerle's interview on local sports radio earlier this week. Another solid road game on the Lopes' schedule.

That is a very tough opening game. They had a 30+ home winning streak that lasted a couple of seasons.
