But, it is also that they are not in good shape to change conferences either.

Does anyone have any insight as to what the sentiments of the rest of the MEAC is towards joining non-HBCU leagues? Everyone was quick to jump on the shun Hampton bandwagon but a shift to other leagues would be advantageous to many of its members with the A-Sun and Big South being potential homes

I don't remember them doing anything when Florida A&M was moving to FBS, but back down. I do not think the northern schools care if the 2 Florida schools leave.

Thanks for letting me bring this one back. I went to the Big South quarterfinals... and thought Howard would be a nice addition.
