It took NIU 15 years to publicly announce it was seeking naming rights to the Convo. So what's the rush?

Frazier's wording 2 months ago made it sound like something was in the works.

I think I remember reading that no one showed up for the introductory meeting where they were supposed to show off the Convo to potential parties. If no one showed up for that, I doubt they found someone who would shell out the bucks for naming rights. Hope I'm wrong, though.

And there was a Master(bation) Plan announced prior to that.....which is the latest revision to that?
