The Horseshoe Casino in tunica will have their sports book open in a matter of weeks. It will likely be temporarily located where the WSOP bar is next to the poker room. It will be there until they can knock a back wall out and build a larger room. (Likely in the area of the 8oz burger bar. )

How about I break this down
In my opinion, not the streets, Vegas and the bookies could suffer with this
I'm going to the closest place to bet on sports, although Vegas is a better time
Now the ncaa will have to have clauses in their agreement with players, NO BETTING

Vegas will be hurt some for sure. However, they dont make huge profit margins on their sports books. What it does is get people in their casinos to play other games with higher profit margins. That's where it will hurt.
