Maybe it's just me because my business has to have good customer service but I have always found that if you deal with an inept person I always ask for their supervisor. It works pretty much every time. Getting ticked off at a low level, probably low paid person when you can go up a level or two pretty easily....is probably a wasted effort.

Got to love some of our so called fans, simply asking to speak to someone else would have likely solved the whole situation.

99% of the people over there are great to deal with, cancelling everything because one person wasn't helpful enough seems really silly to me but to each his own.

The folks at the ticket office have always been helpful to me. It is unfortunate that the OP had a difficult experience, but his or her remedy seems drastic and disproportional. It makes me suspect there is more to the story than what has been presented (eg, increased cost). However, he or she has the right to spend money and time as he or she sees fit regardless of the reason.

Deal with the Tiger Scholarship Fund folks. I have never found them to be anything but nice to me. And that was from beginning as a $50 donor in the 1990's, to a $5000 donor, and back to a $2500 donor.
