2018 FB times
I was seeing out on Facebook some times being announced for football games w/ the disclaimer of times can change & it was on some CUSA or UAB page but nothing on UABSports yet. I'll have to see if I can find them again but quick glance was a hodgepodge of times mostly 12/2/3 kickoffs.

RE: 2018 FB times
This is what they listed on Facebook. But they mostly look like generic times to be able to list them as "events".

08/30/18 Savannah State (6pm)
09/15/18 Tulane (12pm)
09/29/18 Charlotte (12pm)
10/20/18 North Texas (12pm)
11/03/18 UTSA (12pm)
11/10/18 Southern Miss (12pm)

My main gripe here is with the Savannah State game...I know we've already ripped the fact that it is on a Thursday, but now why at 6pm which makes it virtually impossible for someone who must work until 5 to get to the stadium for kick-off. For those of you questioning what ADMI has done to the detriment of the program, this is one example. Multiply that by 1000 equally stupid, illogical, not at all thought out decisions (many over the objections of his own subordinates).

That doesn't even include things such as turning down a home and home contract to play Temple in both football and men's basketball because "we can't compete with them..."

If turning down a contract with Temple is true, that's just stupid.

Did the AD make this decision. That is one of the dumbest decisions UAB athletics could ever make. Both games would be against decent teams and much better than any buy game we have.
