So obvious that Mueller has absolutely nothing, and is just trying to get someone to make something up at this point.

Edit: Holy sh*t, I kept reading and the judge says exactly that. "You want him to sing, I'm worried he may not sing but compose."

He already pled guilty to a felony. if he “un-pleads”(some lawyer help me out here) he’s committing another crime, perjury.

Pretty good discussion of the complications Flynn faces in one of these threads. If I can find it, I'll pm the link to you.

As for the Manafort case, I suspect it'll move forward under Bueller's team, but the judge sure will keep them on a short leash. He had a great point. For an investiigation that was started so many years ago, why is Bueller interested in it now, especially after generating fresh info on Cohen, but passing that one off.
