NCAA LAX Championship
ACC gets 3 seeded teams with home games (Duke, Notre Dame, Cuse) and 4 teams (UVA) overall

Not sure any ACC team can win it all this year...

Once you make the tournament all you have to do is make a run. It's probably a bit more open that usual.

How are you feeling about hosting Cornell? That could be interesting.

I'll actually be there. Flying up from FL on Friday to open my summer camp (cottage). I think Cornell will be pissed they didn't get the 8 seed. If Cuse doesn't win about 50% of the face-offs it could get ugly. Not a good Cuse team this year. Not a Desko fan.

Twitterverse (always a reasonable bunch) had quite a few thing to say about it. Wonder if the "disrespect" card gets played to help hype them up for the game.

Definitely think it will be played. The reality is Cuse could get 10k for the match and the TV logistics are much easier. Tie went to the runner...in fact Cuse might have been out by a half-step and they would still get the call. Lax is run with a tight budget and Cuse delivers crowds.

Go kick some a$$ ACC teams ...

Cards just have a Ladies Lacrosse team, who did not make the tourney. BC and UNC are seeded though, and Syracuse, Virginia, and Virginia Tech made the field.

Considering the laughing stock VT women's lacrosse team was just a couple of years ago, it's amazing for them to be in the NCAA tourney just a couple of years into a coaching change.
