What's untrue?

1. The dossier has been proven fraudulent or is fake.
2. The FISA warrant was based solely on the dossier.

1. It hasn't been proven as factual. So until it is it's as real as your Mensa membership.

2. FISA warrant wasn't mentioned, the appointment of Mueller was. Two different topics.
