The story said his phone was tapped and that included a call with Trump. That is 100% false. That's about as close to a "retraction" as you can get.

If there were a pen register log on Trump, he would say his phones were tapped.

Judge Napalitano says they wouldn't admit to the tap, says they might not have recorded the calls but believes they did listen in.
