Actually, obstruction in a case like this would be incredibly hard to prove---which is why Mueller is jonesing for an under oath interview with Trump that gives him a nice easy to prove perjury charge.

Obstruction? Really? Where? How?

And collusion? What statute makes collusion a crime?

You have evidence of things you don't like. Lots of it. But you don't like it does not mean it's a crime.

I'm fairly certain that team over country means that if democrats retake the house we will see an impeachment. Whether it will have any basis is another matter. And getting 2/3 of the senate to convict simply ain't happening.

Reason for what actions? What action has he taken that requires any reason stronger than the constitution gives him the power to do so. There's this widely held but mistaken notion that just because you don't like something means he can't do it.

I gritted my teeth and put up with Obama doing all sorts of things with which I disagreed, some of which I even questioned his authority (the Iran deal without senate confirmation comes to mind).

Based upon what? I'm not saying that it's impossible for it to go that direction. I suppose it's possible for a cow to jump over the moon. But I don't see much other that the left's hoping and praying (if they pray at all) that it will go there.

I think but no I do not have proof so I should just wait for Mueller’s report. I do get giddy sometimes and I poke the bear. At the end it’s a character flaw.

It the proposed questions aren't fake news, he's not really interested in the Russians.

Good point in the article that Rosenstein should recuse himself because of his involvement with the Flynn firing.

My gut feel on Rosenstein is that he is a bureaucratic public servant who is in over his head, as opposed to a leader of the Resistance to the Constitution. Mueller is a jackbooted thug who should not be in a public position.
