I think you have to give Conley next season. If it's another injury nightmare we all might have to face facts. Great guy, just might be unreliable through no fault of his. Some of it is just bad luck.
Not gonna happen, and what if it did? We would still be a middle of the pack west team at best. Yes, Westbrook is great, but we would likely not even be as good as OKC is this year, and they are about to lose to the Jazz in the first round.
I'd rather take my chances on Conley coming back healthy, a rejuvenated Gasol and whoever they end up with in the draft.

Look at OKC, we don't need a bunch of left over stars.
Without a healthy Conley and capable Parsons, we wouldn't have sniffed the playoffs with Zach and Tony. We probably would have won some more games but if you're aren't competing for playoff spots, I'd rather lose big for a year to get a good draft pick.
