There have been meetings ongoing the last 2 days in Toronto in advance of June's G7 Summit (which is in Quebec). I doubt the two incidents are related but apparently this happened about 18 miles away from the hotel where there are quite a few important dignitaries meeting (including the acting U.S. Secretary of State).

Ali Shaker, who was driving near the van at the time, told Canadian broadcast outlet CP24 that the driver appeared to be moving deliberately through the crowd at more than 30 mph.

“He just went on the sidewalk,” a distraught Shaker said. “He just started hitting everybody, man. He hit every single person on the sidewalk. Anybody in his way he would hit.”

Everybody jumps the gun and call it terrorism. It does not look like an Islam did this. This guy seems to be demented and went crazy. There are people who used their cars or trucks to purposely run people over because they lost their minds. This guy wanted the cops to shoot him. No terrorist groups claimed this. The guy's name sound more of an Eastern European name that is not even associated with Islam.

And Christian is not a Religion of peace either. We have people kill others in the name of the Bible. You do have serial killers use the 7 deadly sins to kill others.
