I'm going out on a limb and say ECU has the toughest week of everyone:

http://www.ecupirates.com/schedule.aspx?path=baseball

@ # 2 NCSU Tuesday

Hosing Houston for 3 game series over the weekend.

*************
*************

Regardless of any other factors ECU vs. NCSU in baseball is a huge game and draws a huge crowd whether its is here or there. THIS TIME THOUGH YOU CAN THROW INTO THE MIX: both teams in the T10, hosting regionals/super regionals implications if a team in NC gets a bid, both have had their way with ranked UNC and Duke at points in the season too.

THUNDERDOME IT IS

Two men enter, one man leaves.

You'd be wrong. Houston has the toughest week with a game @ Texas followed by a 3 day series @ ECU.

Ok, that's up there... Texas ranked? Houston Ranked? I'd argue the ECU/NCSU match up with both teams being T10 would elevate that a little bit above.

Texas is like bottom of the T25 IIRC, Houston isn’t ranked. Also NC State is challenging Florida and Oregon State as the team to beat while Texas isn’t. We have the toughest week.

UH is stronger than that RPI indicates, to be fair.

Both are really tough for sure.

RE: Official AAC Week 11 Discussion Thread
So Houston fans, does @ Texas put a lot of Houston fans at the game? Is game in general well attended? I'd assume Texas would get some folks to come out, just wondering how Houston fans would show up for a in-state opponent like that.

Technically ECU and UH cancel themselves out so NC State vs Texas.

Too much rain for NCSU's field so the game has been postponed.

Well, yeah, the cancelled today's game--I'd feel sure they'd postpone game to another date if possible....hopes are for tomorrow but... yeah ... who knows...

IMO...

I've heard on the D1Baseball podcasts that NC State pitching isn't very deep. I'd guess they were gonna use their Sunday pitcher today. Since playing tomorrow wouldn't be sufficient rest time, they probably don't want to get embarrassed with a mid-week arm. Instead they'll "focus" on their weekend series with UNC.

Scared little wolf pups.

Well #$%*&#@!

ECU-NC State Game Cancelled

GREENVILLE, N.C. – Tuesday's midweek game between No. 7 ECU and No. 2 NC State has been cancelled due to unsafe conditions on the field and inclement weather in the Raleigh area and will not be made up.

Texas defeats Houston 9-4. Houston led 3-0 in the 2nd, but failed to get much going the rest of the game.
