Mueller is part of the swamp and best buddies with Comey and so he is trying to drag this out as long as possible and embarrass Trump as much as possible. The hard core Democrats he hired are abusing the system for political advantage. Mueller knows there's nothing there at all related to the election. He's desperately digging into his past to see if there was something in his business dealings. That's my theory.

There's no doubt most elected Democrats know there is nothing there related to the election and many have said so. But they are treating their base as idiots and having a few of their most partisan ratchet up the rhetoric so that the idiots will turn out in November. They actually think independents are stupid enough to believe them too.

Here's my little science lesson of the day. You should be using hypothesis. A theory has never been proven false. It is what it is and I do my little bit to help.

I'm assuming you mean a Democratic majority House? So justice is only served when your side is in power. Who would have imagined!

Oh yeah, of course you don't want it wrapped up. More than anything you want it to last through the mid term elections to garner the most political points you can get out of it. It's a political witch hunt and the longer it takes to finally say "We really didn't find anything", the better for you politically.

This chest thumping needs to slow down. Whether Trump is on a run or the Blue wave is(was) building, it only takes one small bump at a bad time to change the momentum - see Comey reopening the Hillary Email Scab right before the election.....

This is where Trump can really f**k up IMO. at some point his ego will get in his way between now and the mid-terms and he will say something (by bragging most likely) to really turn off the wrong people. I still think he is an idiot even though I am glad he is in the oval office and Hillary is not, but I am more concerned that he can screw this momentum up and allow the Dems to get a roadblock in there by getting control of house or Senate.
