Meh- when Notre Dame fires Kelly they won't go back to the UC well to replace him. The Notre Dame boosters will want a big name, and even if CLF pulls a Scott Frost that won't be good enough for them.

I have Cinci with 4-5 wins. Schedule gets so tough at the end for them, any injuries or bad luck early season doesn't leave a lot of room for error.

...was saying that ND would take Urban Meyer and Fickell would go to O$U.

I'm going 7-5, the keys being the Tulane & SMU games. I think they'll split but who knows for sure.

I have the split with SMU and Temple. It is interesting to note that the article has us with a better shot of beating Temple.

8-4. Fickell knows what he is doing. They don't have that many unwinnable games on the schedule.

I'm pleased that many fans from other schools are picking UC with 6-8 wins. I'm hoping for 6 wins.

UC had too much trouble last year on the offensive and defensive lines, QB, receiver, defensive backs. The offense improved but needs to be a lot better to be competitive just in the AAC.

If UC can gte improved QB play (with help from the line) and shore up the defense then they can win 6. If they get more than that I'll be ecstatic.
