In all seriousness, there should be a moratorium on non-natural green field colors. It's annoying AF. And it's a HUGE part of the reason nobody in the P5 wants to play a game at Boise State. As obnoxiously blue as their jerseys are, they're like camo when on their home field.

If that is the best P5 can come up with for an excuse not to play, that is pathetic. Though some P5’s signed up like Florida State is coming out in a couple years.

It definitely seems that way on camera but I’ve seen many interviews and read many articles with opposing players say they can see just fine on the field.

I hear they are developing a device to save the viewers eyes. When a Boise home game is on TV. The viewer simply presses a button this device (tentively being referred to as a “remote control”). This button will interact with either the viewer’s TV or satellite/cable box and initiate a process where the TV or satellite/cable box changes the picture on the TV to alternate programming.

They should have changed it to orange or white (you can't really do that, as it would turn brown from sweat/dead skin and red from blood though I suppose it could always be bleached white again).

It is and yet it's hard to turn the channel too...they are on to something as they get unusually high tv numbers. When you can pull a million viewers for a game against a losing record New Mexico or a Nevada etc.--the blue turf is probably a reason. Just a hunch.
