Yeah, that’ll work. Andy’s move is even dumber than the DNC’s move earlier today. He’s not actually going to sue. It’s just a pre-emptive move by his legal team to make him look better and ward off criticism.

He should have destroyed/acid washed his hard drives and taken hammers to his cell phones. Hillary has proved this is ok. However, if he says Hey--Im a good guy, I hope you can let this go"---he will obviously be guilty of obstruction. Its clear---He simply doesnt understand the law very well for an FBI agent.
