Larimer Training Room Expansion

$325,000 project. Don't know specifics other than what is here. I know someone out there on the board bids on these things and can chime in

Good idea. It's way too small. It wasn't touched during the building renovation. They still have a whirlpool/plunge pool that you have to climb up into (at least they did) which is not good for an injured player. I'm sure they will install both hot and cold pools (like Savage) with an underwater treadmill. There is room for expansion at the outside wall.

It will be interesting if they reconfigure the old space or add on? Its sandwiched between the locker room and the driveway into the stadium. There is room to the south but only to the rock wall we see from the bleachers. Can't go up.

The east (outside) wall is set back about six feet from the new entrance. You could probably pick up about 120 sq ft by moving it out, which isn't much, but could be re-configured to function better. Not sure how that would cost $300K.
