This April So Far Coldest In Chicago In 130 Years.....Hey Al Gore
Your idiocy has been proven again. Hope you are enjoying the millions your lies and fear have earned you. As for the leftists that consider his fairy tales as a religion....well.
Quote:Chicago area residents may wake up to snow on the ground Thursday, the latest reminder that winter weather’s grip is delaying so many spring rites of passage, from Major League Baseball games to bridge-lifting season on the Chicago River downtown – the parade of boats heading for slips offering the surest sign of warm weather ahead.
And if those early morning walks to the bus or train stop weren’t convincing enough, forecasters say this is the second-coldest start to April across Chicago in 130 years.
Some 1-2 inches of snow were expected to fall by early Thursday, adding to the 2.7 inches already recorded at O’Hare International Airport in April, said Charles Mott, a meteorologist at the National Weather Service in Romeoville. That would mark the fifth time this month we’ve seen snowfall, according to forecasters.

Its true. I'm just blinded by the effects I see right in front of my face every spring and fall in the Arctic. I really should be more open to the more important facts, like: has Chicago had a couple of cold weeks?

You mean like the fact that there's more Arctic sea ice now than in 2012?

maybe you should move and quit making Alaska warmer if it bothers you that much. probably bothers you just enough to complain but not so much to do anything about it. maybe tear down a statue.

Alaskans aren't making Alaska much warmer. Neither are you and I. Where I agree with you guys is the massive hypocrisy of the ruling class.

Any article that makes this definitive statement:
Quote:The shrinking sea ice is caused by rising global temperatures that stem from the burning of fossil fuels, such as oil, gas and coal, the center said.
should be treated with a healthy dose of skepticism. We have relatively the same temperature as was found in what has been called the "Roman Warm Period" and there were no internal combustion engines to blame back then.

Look up thermo haline convection current. Quit looking so foolish. Educate yourselves. This ignorance flies around here but you guys are laughed at by those in the know. North America and Europe cooling has been predicted by the computer models. The Poles and the equator. Not so much.

How does all that affect the weather in Prague?

The self proclaimed smartest man on this board speaks again. Now what were his predictions for the Presidential election again? Talk about the biggest fool on this board.

I don't entirely disagree. Would not be surprised if some or even most of the change is caused by natural warming, although I am certainly not near qualified to make those judgments.
Nonetheless there is no harm in reducing our pollution. I think its BS to push that responsibility on the common people or working class that are not the drivers of the problem though.

Well, there you go!
Who else would 98.7% of the proposed insanity fall on, other than the “common or working class” folks?
Cooking over coal or wood burning ovens/stoves in the third world, heating homes or huts the same way, or driving 20 YO clunkers in the civilized world.
Who would this regressively fall on the hardest? Yup, the poorest among us.
Progressives be regressive. Sad

I don't think anyone is qualified to make those judgements (at least not with any degree of certainty). We understand very little about long term climate trends.

Don't you just love being preached to by a proven loser like Mach. He thinks he is the smartest poster on this board, but his claims on many subjects here prove not to be even close to being the case. His ego is writing checks his intellect can't cash.
