I was excited about him and really wanted to see what he could do. Hard to be a fan, pull for a guy and then it never pan out. I try to avoid Pre-Season NFL for that reason-I pull for a guy and he gets cut. I think Norvell made good decisions. Kid probably still learned a lot. As I followed Clay Holgerson, I'll follow Brady. Good luck to him! Hope his book (still in early chapters) is a success story. Incredibly classy how he went out.

Yeah, no one was beating out Riley. This spring was wide open. I saw them twice, and he was obviously behind the other two.

I too was looking forward to seeing him grow. The injury seemed to cap his progress. Hope he can get it back and good luck to him.

Any other era he would have been our starting QB. We are just so loaded with QB potential that it was a numbers game. Best wishes for him in the future.

The injury was unfortunate. And guys peak at different times. Maybe he'll find a good fit and continue to progress.

To answer Geo, he was #7 if I remember right. Got it from Clay Holgerson who transferred away also if I can REALLY test my memory.

Clay was #10. I know better than posting before googling.
