Most of the West gets better this year. Memphis, UH, Tulane, and to a lesser extent SMU have brought in above average classes.

Tulsa does get better... ...and 4 to 5 wins is actually a lot better.

I might be the only one but I think Memphis takes a step back. Houston, Tulane and SMU should all be improved. I think Tulsa will be improved as well given the injured players they return but given how tough the west is currently it is hard for me to see much improvement in terms of Ws for Tulsa yet.

I think we'll be better simply because our QB (Skipper) will have more experience and he's poised to be the day 1 starter as he should have been last season. He's a much better passer than President and it's going to show quickly.
