You all have to see this video. I found it on YouTube. What I came away with was....Penny is committed to whatever he does. He WILL find a way to win BIG at Memphis. The program is in the right hands. It has to do with your character, your abilities, your desire and your committment.

Thanks for sharing. That was great & a real reminder of how great he was. He was arguably the greatest player in the world for a period of time.

Thanks for sharing. That was great & a real reminder of how great he was. He was arguably the greatest player in the world for a period of time.

I still remember sitting on the pot reading a TV Guide (anybody remember those in the mail every week) and there was a MJ interview where he was asked when he retired "who'd he would pass the torch to" and he said Hardaway.

Speaking of youtubes & compliments about Penny, I just came across the Shaq interview with Chris Broussard from a bit back, very complimentary of Penny, and a bit emotional (or maybe exhausted, he's wiping his eyes a couple times) about using his advanced (Shaq has a Master's) education as an example for his kids. Great interview, Shaq very reflective and introspective in a way I don't think I have ever seen.
