It's the other way around. Jackson's best 100 meter was 10.44 and he was 4 inches shorter & 30 lbs lighter than Virgil.

Version 2 usually is improved upon version 1.

Virgil is not an improved version of Jackson, he's an entirely new model.

Wait until he meets NCAA interception leader CB Blace Brown, Freshman of the Year CB Marcus Jones, and Oklahoma transfer SF Will Sunderland

I'd like to see him duplicate Jackson's performance against a Big Ten school...

This isn't meant to throw shade but as far as I can tell, Marcus Jones was freshman of the year solely based off of his kick return abilities. He may have been an okay defender(I honestly dont know) but statistically does not look like he would've been freshman of the year based off of his defense. The other two are a different story. Seem to be good defenders. I'm still a bit salty that Hennigan didn't win it when he finished second in the nation in freshman receiving touchdowns but I guess it didn't help his cause that 4 of those came in the same game against the Cajuns. Had a fifth touchdown called back that game as well.

I'm just messing with you guys. I'm sure Virgil is as good as advertised. He and Marcus Green are going to tough for any team really.

One could hope that Zac Thomas' ability to get the ball deep in a hurry will allow for Virgil to take advantage of that initial step he will get on most everyone. I expect P5 teams will have him jammed up early and often as they seem to press App more than any other group of teams, but if he has good technique he could free up some space for a real running game!
