Speculating how the worm turns
Deleon Brown formerly of GR had signed with Colorado and just finished his 2nd year (though he had 1 year at a prep school) as part of the package.

I don't believe he was considered a really good shooter.

The Buffs just signed a same class Juco out of Indian Hills CC which is traditionally a power house. This goes along with a couple of highly rated underclassman who are a part of the program.

Point being is that maybe a message is being sent that PT is going away after 3 years (prep included) to finely develop skills.

Maybe there are injuries involved and it's not message at all. But CU is only a peripheral program and needs to get a sizable bite of the apple now and then to justify $ invested.
