One small change to your schedule Bearcat 2012. George Mason on 11/23 is at 7pm on CBSSN. In 11/24 both games on CBSSN at 4 (consolation) and 6 (championship) otherwise a good job

Completely. Weird that we start with ECU and Tulane, two of the teams we'll only see once. This has been said before, but I like that the conference ensures that the powers play each other twice. We only play ECU, Tulane, USF and Temple once. Temple is the only disappointment on that list - I'd love to play them twice each year.

Really glad to see Milwaukee, WMU, NKU, and NC Central instead of the usual lineup of sub-250 RPI teams.

We only play Temple once because Temple had to make room in their schedule for another match up: Temple vs. A Water Bottle.

RE: 2018-19 Hoops schedule
I am normally one to complain about schedules, but this is a damn good schedule, and is going to have to be a top 20-25 schedule in the country. I think this team is going to take some lumps, but hopefully they are able to get some nice wins as well.

I still would like to see the SC. States of the world be replaced with more Youngstown St., EKU, etc. Type local teams. But I only see 3 of those teams total. I like seeing more MAC and Horizon games.

RE: 2018-19 Hoops schedule
i'd like to travel to asheville, vermont, army, and princeton during the fall. decent away games that carry some prestige and the fall colors

i think traveling to western kentucky or valpo or fort wayne would also be good roadies for competition sake

a revolutionary way to schedule if you don't have enough meat on the bones. clearly a win win for both parties

Beefing up the schedule was a big reason why 2017 yieleded a 2-seed instead of a 6. Happy to see the AD get this done

Top 20 schedule, with games in on national TV against national powers (UCLA, OSU, X, Wich. St., etc), and a brand new state of the art on campus arena and facilities. There are no reasons Cronin shouldn't be pulling in top 25 recruiting classes, let alone top 50. I can't buy the excuses anymore.

RE: 2018-19 Hoops schedule
I wondered about the possibility of Game Day coming to UC for heir Saturday December 8 broadcast since the Shootout is that night and it will be likely be two ranked teams playing at a newly remodeled 5th/3rd.

It would also be the first Saturday there isn't a football Game Day since football would be done but the bowls.

Hoping UC might be lobbying for Game Day.

If UC isn't lobbying for that they have missed a golden opportunity. As you say, there are multiple great story lines to pitch for that and the re-opening of 5th/3rd alone is reason enough given the history of UC basketball in a state of the art venue that will likely be sold out for the season.

Also, top 10 all time program, a program that has lived in the NCAA tourney for the past 30 years (save the post Huggs/Nancy debacle years), and a program that has guys in the NBA and a recent 1st round pick. There is no reason Gonzaga, Nevada, Houston, Memphis, SMU, Wichita, Xavier should all be racking in better classes than us.
