Toledo will be 1 of 8 Mid Major Programs playing in the 2018-19 Preseason Gulf Coast Showcase with all games played in Fort Meyers, FL right before Thanksgiving. Teams and schedule will be announced at a later date. Penn, Georgia Southern, Towson, Northern Ill, Manhattan, Florida Atlantic, UMKC and Missouri St. played in last year's Showcase with Towson winning the Tournament.

Not a bad group, those will all be RPIs between 80-150 or so next year.
