I think Jerry Brown had a choice, either he could send them to the border or have DJT federalize the national guard. I suspect he's going to instruct his troops to use as much as time possible watching the ICE people and document any civil rights violations so that when the administration in DC flips they can clean house.

Dear lord you are trolling, or have been drinking heavily. National Guard has no jurisdiction, training, nor the ability to perform such activity. The only violations are illegals running across the border.

Most of them will be retired from the Natl Guard by then. What good will that possibly do?
