At 1/3, I think that would likely be a fair reflection of the country as a whole - at least as of 2013. It certainly isn't way out of line with the populace. You would think a concerted evil right wing plot would do much better.

I've said it before, political appointees are not the solution but are instead the problem.

Besides, Obama made a dramatic number of what can only be described as racial appointees.
