IMO, he is a shooting guard. But he's 5' 8", so hence the problem. At Cordova, he played both PG and SG.

Chris Garner was small and couldn't shoot, but he was a good player for us because he played defense and he was lightning quick. Tyler is that quick AND he can shoot.

A player that can get his own shot is something that was sorely lacking this past year.

Kevin Rogers was a Baylor forward, went to DA's college announcement thinking DA would choose Baylor, but DA chose Kansas. DA delayed his announcement a day, and admitted if he would have declared earlier, then he probably would have chosen Baylor.
