Are your strugles a product of George O'leary attempting to implement a system that doesn't fit the current personel or is it just a flat out a talent issue?

16, 555 in the stands isn't bad for a winless team in the MAC ... in fact i'd say it pretty encouraging. If you were winning you'd probably have over 37K. I see the potential George O'leary see's

A mixture of ineligibilities, injuries, and a new and different philosophy. I dont think we'll see thug teams at UCF, just good teams with good grad rates. O'Leary will change things, I think he proved he can motivate this team when all looks lost - like last night, despite the loss. To become a good team again, we have to break it all down and start over again. We need better recruiting and more time and soon we'll be back. We'll leave the thuglife to USF. Honestly I think that we can and will win next week against Akron. We'll hopefully just suffer one week at the bottom of 1A.
