scUM went up 2-0 in their game and Notre Dame came roaring back with 2 goals. It's knotted up 2-2 going into the 3rd.

I'd like to see Mindu take on the Irish in the finals, muck fish again.

Iv'e said it several times before one and done does not mean the Best team wins. Duluth just lost both games of the NCHC playoffs at the same rink just three weeks ago. I saw St Cloud , Denver and Duluth play a few times this year and Duluth was not the best team. St Cloud was 5 wins 0 losses vs Duluth and Denver was 5 wins and 0 losses vs Duluth as well .
Now i am cheering for Duluth cause of the NCHC thing but by no reason are they even close to the best NCHC team this year. Next year cause of early departures from other teams i do think they are the team to beat. I look at this stuff from purely a hockey stand point and the two best teams from the frozen four are moving on to the finals , Ohio is a boring trap defense first crap team and Michigan is just not quite as deep with juniors and sophmores as ND but their freshman are good, plus ND goaltending is better. Hopefully Duluth can pull it off Saturday.

Duluth was clearly the better faster team

UMD wins 2-1. Exciting finish to the game. NCHC gets national championship - beats out 3 big 10 teams in the Frozen Four. Great night.

Duluth played an unbelievable defensive game there at the end, Notre Dame couldn’t even get the puck in to try and set up.
