I could see it not being serious and just a precaution. But don’t think it was planned.

Twitter rumor says he felt some tightness.

WKU pitcher tonight wasn’t a scheduled starter tonight or on the weekend so my guess is with the uncertainty of the game they decided to save their Friday guy for tomorrow so he could do his regular routine. And it gives them 2 LH starters on the weekend

Maybe with our terrible pen, we can start something innovative like pitching Sandlin the first 3 innings every weekend series, Powers 3 and Powell the final three. :)
