Love Saunders. Not wild about the interviewer. “Why Toledo over all those schools in great places with great weather?” And he’s wearing a Michigan shirt, cuz Ann Arbor is a sunny, southern paradise.

That would be great.
I actually hope he has to sit the year out I think he will be more valuable 2 years from now when we don't have Jalen and then he can start in the back court with Mareon.

If he's good enough, why wouldn't you want to see him on the floor playing in the games for two years vs. just being a practice player next year and only having one year of eligibility after that. Wouldn't we a better team?
Go Rockets!!

I think Darrington has played three years of basketball - two at junior college and one at Tennessee. If that's correct, then he only has one year of eligibility left. The only question is whether he can use it right away or has to sit a year first.

exactly, either he plays next year and he's done. or he redshirts a year. then plays a year - gets a degree, improves his game, has more minutes and ultimately a better chance to play professional basketball. this is one scenario where i hope the ncaa is not compassionate.
