The originating document has been the subject of much controversy. After some Republicans alleged that the FBI used never-verified parts of the Trump dossier as part of its reason to begin the investigation in July 2016, some "current and former" officials leaked to the New York Times that no, it was the case of George Papadopoulos, reported to U.S. authorities by foreign intelligence agents, that prompted the FBI investigation.

After the Intelligence Committee subpoenaed the FBI on Aug. 24, 2017 for a broad range of documents, including the opening EC, the bureau made the EC available to the committee in "heavily redacted form," according Nunes. On Feb. 27 of this year, Nunes writes, he asked for Wray's help in seeing an unredacted version of the EC. He didn't get it. In early March, Nunes writes, he told Rosenstein about the problem.

"On March 14, 2018, committee investigators were given access to a still heavily redacted version of the EC, which — as I informed Director Wray the next day via phone — was unsatisfactory," Nunes writes.

FBI just ignores Congressional subpoenas for months. No valid public explanation for not producing the documents is offered.

Something seems very dirty on the FISA warrants. Trump can unilaterally declassify the documents and the FBI can't withhold anything then. Anyone who signed any documents or affidavits in connection with the extension of the FISA Warrants on Page knowing there was problems with the evidence or without full disclosure of the veracity of the information in the applications will likely go to Jail.

I was thinking such BS. Then I saw it was the Honors College Dean who offered him, rolled my eyes and was not too surprised. Her letter is not sitting well with some of the staff. Its being seen that she has guaranteed admittance to NMSU in any department. That she was speaking for the whole university when she wasn't. She's had to walk back/clarify her letter.

The Honors College is the most liberal college at NMSU. NMSU as a whole is considered a Conservative University. I graduated 8 years ago and never felt it was too liberal or conservative. The professors never push their political views on students. They want you to learn, grow and go out into the world and succeed.
