Wallner way too high on that list. He's looked pretty bad all year.

Sandlin, Powell, Powers, Keys, Strickland, (major drop off) Driver, Jackson, (major drop off) Wright, Bradford, then who cares.
Wallner is almost unusable (unless against a 4) at this point...and it shouldn’t be that way. He just hasn’t gotten enough work and is throwing the ball, not pitching.
Say what you want about Keys (I certainly have) but he’s one of the few guys (IMO) that has the potential to hold down a good lineup. Will he? Probably not. But he can. Strickland is a change of pace guy that can give some power teams issues when they are used to seeing 90+ guys.
I have never been able to figure Driver out. He’s got good stuff but rarely puts it together. Jackson CAN give us some useful innings. After that, we are screwed.

Keys has to fill that middle relief role. It’s where he thrives. Starting and in late innings he loses it for whatever reason.

but if your starters continually see the 7th over time, then what?
Keys has the Tiger 'yip chips' right now......it's in his head....
the guy has the stuff.....he simply needs somebody to knock him on his arse as req'd....
ref: see Strick today....
the talent is there to get to Omaha.....

Wallner is not good. Throws beach balls most of the time.
