Irony - bullying is a major cause behind many school shootings. Hogg thinks the way to end school shootings is to bully people.

THIS? Coming from you?!?
Too effing funny. Since that's, in essence, exactly what I said to you just a couple days ago in another thread you were dropping your stale, boring "You're being emotional" card.
Think I suggested "get new material". Not verbatim, I'll agree, but damn have a little shame.

As much as you discount my posts, it's nice to see you are actually paying attention.
World of difference between my statement and making a suggestion kids are part of a Nazi plot.
Over emotional posts are a continuing problem, so I'll probably point it out again and again.
Anyhow, thanks for the compliment!

I hope she enjoys her break from TV...she'll have a lot to reflect on this easter, like her professional future and if she still has one.

yep, the fact he can't vote cause he's still in HS means he's a kid...a kid with good grades who survived seeing many of his friends die.

You're right. He's a kid. He acts like a child. A foul-mouthed, disrespectful child. A child who calls adults murderers. A child who slings names and insults at people with no more responsibility of what happened than himself, perhaps less considering the admittance of his fellow classmates to bullying without remorse.
I don't take him seriously because he has zero life experience as an adult. I sympathize with those students and their loss. However, I don't and will not presume they know what's best for me and my constitutionally protected rights due to the sad reality they experienced. I've experienced other sad realities throughout my lifetime, but wouldn't presume to dictate what freedoms these kids should or shouldn't have based on my unfortunate experiences.

To be fair, that flies in the face of the fact that he was rejected by every UC school in it's system.

So he had a 4.1 or 4.2 gpa. Which is good. It would be factually inaccurate to say he doesn't have good grades. However, just stating a gpa doesn't mention which classes he took. Were these all basic HS courses, any Honors/AP level courses? If not, an inflated gpa without those courses makes it more difficult to get into out-of-state colleges, especially UC universities that are overloaded with students as it is. Did he apply to any in-state schools?
There's a lot here to look at, and with the information available to us it's not easy to dissect the level of this kids gpa. Additionally, a gpa is only PART of a college application process. If his narrative was garbage, that's not gonna help. Furthermore, I think it was reported he had a 1200-something SAT score. That's only SLIGHTLY above average, and honestly... there's a lot of universities that wouldn't except out-of-state students that can't score better than that.

Being turned down by an out of state school system doesn't begin to suggest he's not a GOOD student. He may not be a great student, but so what? Since neither you or I know his grades, why would you not be gracious and give him some slack.? You all look very petty attacking a teen ager.

We do know his grades, though. He had a 4.2 GPA on likely a 6.0 scale, which is nothing special, and an SAT 100+ points lower than the average at UCLA.
He was rightfully rejected based on merit.

yep, kids act like kids...Laura responded by also acting like a kid even though she's 54.
now she gets to take a little break while Faux tries to repair their/her relationship with their/her advertisers.
like I said, she'll have a lot to reflect on tomorrow.

Stop lying. He saw nobody die.and the same for the rest of the kids being propped up by the MSM and other leftists groups. None of them survived and none of them were shot at. Hogg was at home and the rest of them were in a totally different building.

I have to disavow this fake news. Hogg was there, he actually vlogged while on lockdown. When he said he went rode his bike back to the school, it was later in the day. He left to go get his camera so he could interview the students.

That's all well and good, but what does that have to do with anything? A good, not great, student got turned down. So What? What point, in your mind, does that prove? What, in your mind, does it say about the kid?
Do you hate the kid so much you can't help but point out his failures? Do you take some small pleasure in seeing him being rejected? If so, you are a very small person.
