I saw posted on the other board where Lunardi said ASUN could be a 2 bid league this year. 12 seed is not a stretch. ASUN is slowly turning into a respectable league. NJIT, FGCU, Lipscomb, UNA and North Florida. All solid programs. NJIT is going to be a problem in the future. A lot of support and they have a brand new arena. UNA will be good once they get settled in D1.

I hope that as well. I hope that all the schools in the ASUN improve and receive national attention to help boost the conference. Of course I want Liberty to be the top school lol

I feel bad for Coach Greene this season. The girls are just not playing well at all. They could’nt get anything right on the court today so far. That might explain a (4-9) record.

I can see Green announcing his “retirement” at the end of this season. His style of play just doesn’t work against good teams. It takes more then outrebounding opponents to win games.

That was a nice road win and we set a new mark today. It was the first time all season we’ve given up 30 points in the first half and won the game.

I am torn. I feel like he has done enough that he can retire on his own terms but it sucks to see how far we've fallen. I'd like to see him retire and not be fired but we have to do what's best for the school.

As for the men's team, we had a great start to the conference schedule. Welcome to the A-Sun!

Coach Green at a glance has been excellent for Liberty and the young ladies he coaches. But this season is hard to watch.

I watched about half of it. LU was totally not competitive. It was an ugly blowout loss again. The commentators did say that FGCU and Stetson are two of the best teams in the conference.

Lovin’ that all A-Sun games are on ESPN+. Watching FGCU @ N. Alabama now.

But..... the A-Sun TV commentators leave much to be desired.

Benjamin Ray is our commentator, he does a good job.

My picks for the women are FGCU, UNA, Stetson top 3.

Another strong showing by the men, moving to 14-4 (3-0) after a 69-53 win over Jacksonville (8-10).

Another great showing. I love how we started our first season in our new home conference. Hopefully we win the championship.

70-64 win over UNF. I truly believe they are the 3rd best team in the league.

That was a very entertaining game, with a good crowd and atmosphere.

Escaped with a win today! It was much closer than we are used to. LU missed more threes than normal which kept it close.

The Lipscomb game is on a Tuesday so I don't expect too huge of a crowd. Assuming the weather is good, I think around 3,000.

By the way, nice point about attendance. I was wondering how they were doing this year in attendance and it's good to see that it is on the rise. I thought last year was underwhelming based on our record.
